January 2009 - CPI had to increase on the prices of their custom album packages due to publishers' price revision. We contacted our custom album publisher and they had to do it as a result of raw material cost increase such as ink and papers. It's funny when the fuel prices going down, but not these other things that were supposedly petrol-linked items ; well, the reasons they normally use when picking up the price but not when its the other way around :)
